KIDDIE CLOUD ("we", "us") operates the KIDDIE CLOUD mobile application, a nursery discovery platform for parents in Kuwait. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We use the information above to operate the app, connect you with nurseries, process visit bookings, respond to support requests, and improve the service.
KIDDIE CLOUD uses Firebase (a Google service) to help operate parts of the app.
Nursery owners can see booking and review information submitted to their own nursery profile. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We rely on the security measures provided by our infrastructure provider to protect your information.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@kiddiecloud.net or using the Delete Account page.
KIDDIE CLOUD is intended for use by parents and nursery staff, not directly by children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
